Today was eventful, more so due to it being my lovely mothers birthday, but also cause I'm heading in to Tokyo! I love Kamogawa as it is a beautiful place and I mean drop dead stunning, but many of my friends live in Tokyo and I miss them bunches. So after a video call with my mom, my bro, his gf and the poppy (Bennnn!!!) I gathered my luggage and made my way to Tokyo. Also my bro snapped a pic of the cake so it's almost like I was there haha and then you can see that butthead Ben (white dog) with his fixed gaze on the gourmet cake. Bad boy lol.
As I entered Tokyo I put out the call to see who was up for some late night drinks, partly because I arrived at 730 pm lol. Ended up meeting with Tetsu, Natsuki, and Kenji!!! Kenji is neither American nor Japanese. He's just Kenji lol. The video will explain everything haha. Kenji comes up with this great idea (many beers in) to eat this big ball of wasabi, decided by a game of Jan-Ken (rock paper scissors) and unfortunately for him, he was the supreme champion (lost all the matches lol). He then had to eat the delicious ball of stomach burning goodness. The video pretty much sums that bit up haha.
When I returned to my beer after using the restroom. They are all acting super suspicious and then because they were intent on having me drink my beer, I immediately noticed the wasabi on the side of my glass. Very clever >_> but I saw through the ruse and their plan was foiled. Or so I thought, but I'm never gonna be the one to waste a perfectly cold beer haha so down the hatch it went. Yes, I did taste the wasabi heat... But it was supremely delicious (should make wasabi beer a real thing haha).
